Trolley Cottage Café is a new restaurant in Salt Lake City, UT. The owners needed a brand for the restaurant and a website where patrons could learn about the menu, find contact information, and get basic open times and location information. Since opening a business is a big and busy endeavor and the team was hoping to open in a matter of weeks, being able to use my expert judgement was imperative. The ownership team wanted to be relatively hands-off for the project and have it completed for them. With minimal feedback, I was able to turn out a brand a website, plus menu designs, that met their needs and fulfilled their vision.
